GIF to PNG converter
Convert GIF to PNG in your own browser tab. The picture is decoded and re-encoded here and is never uploaded.
Up to 20 images, 50.00 MB each. Output is PNG.
What this conversion changes
PNG stores the decoded pixels exactly, so nothing is re-compressed on the way out and any transparency in the GIF survives. Expect a file several times the size of the original: lossless compression cannot shrink photographic detail the way GIF does.
Re-encoding does not carry EXIF across, so the camera settings and any location in the original are not written into the PNG file. Keep the original if you need them. The decoder is the one your browser already carries, so nothing is downloaded to do this.

Each has its own page, set to that pair when it opens.
